Scams are still alive and well in the freelance writing world, and it’s not always possible to tell when they are happening. Here’s a scam that many of us have had happen.

I’ve seen this more than once. I like your new cartoon style. It is very good. It happens to more than writers. SEO, advertising, logo designers, we all face this problem.

Yikes!

Been there, done that. This is a great example of why I try to avoid bid sites like the plague. Besides that fact that I refuse to work my *little* fanny off to write 20 five-hundred word articles for $3.50
