Sometimes personalities don't gel and when it becomes impossible to work with someone, you have to ask yourself if it's really worth it. It usually isn't. When you click with someone, even if the work is hard, it can be worthwhile due to relationships. When you don't click with someone, even if the work is fun, it eventually sucks the fun out of the work. Dana I agree wholeheartedly.
