  1. I think the most important part is to get things done. I recently started to track every movement in front of my computer and will publish a post on it later. This far I have noticed I throw away much of my time on social media sites, etc.

  2. A time and motion study is a good exercise, Stefan. If someone finds that they're constantly overwhelmed, they should definitely look at their work habits.

  3. I never ask for help but I have been training myself to say no. Sometimes anyway.

    I have trouble with "no" quite often, myself. That is probably what inspired this post :)
