I’ve been around the block a time or two when it comes to managing groups of people. Doesn’t sound like you’re a “Wendy Whiner” type of gal, but I feel your pain.

In my estimation, group management requires three critical attributes …

1) Organizational skills
2) Good communication
3) And most importantly, a sense of humor! :-)

The first month I wondered whether I had made the right move; now I'm pretty sure I have and I am learning things that will make it easier for everyone. <br/><br/>I understand what you mean about communication, Dana. I got a lot of help on that over large batch I had many weeks ago..
