  1. This was a great post, Sharon, and I think it conveys your point very well: You know you. What do other people see? If it’s the same, great. If not, how can you increase that they see the same as you – that you’re a dedicated worker?

    On a tangent side note, I wanted to say that I’m thoroughly enjoying your posts now that I “see” more of you in them. Your personality shines through and I find myself more interested in you as a person and not just as a peer. That’s pretty cool. Evolving is a good thing.
