  3. Is it wrong that I wanted to jump up and shout “tell it sister!” lol! Great, great post filled with truth and wisdom! Freelancing is not for the faint of heart. I went from being someone who never shared my writing with anyone to being bold enough to write for others with confidence. You learn to let it go, not taking criticism as a personal attack. Your post should be required reading for anyone entering the world of solo professionals!

    In my first few months of freelancing I had a lot of trouble hitting send. I’d read and re-read the piece I’d written over and over. Then, after I’d finally sent it off I’d read it again. After a bit of experience and the discovery that time = $ you learn to let things go a little easier.
