As we progress, we learn all of the qualities of patience, long sufferig, compassion, empathy, sympathy, understanding,Did I leave anything out? These qualities then feed into our need for them and our progress takes on an increasingly higher sense of purpose until it finally merges with the purpose of Gods plan for us.
