I lost my blog PR and now I got it back. And the good part is, since I got my PR back, I went back to log in and visit Loudlaunch again to see if there's work there. And there is! And there's lots of them all worth $15. And I've been seeing those ads waiting for bloggers since the past few days! ^.^ And I've just submitted my first blogging work yesterday.. What I can't understand is, when I try to blog for other ads, it says "You would be paid $15.00 for posting to this campaign, but the remaining budget is $10.00." Sponsors with insufficient funds for a campaign would be still shown on the campaign page (but users can't post for it anymore since the remaining funds by the advertiser has run out).
