  1. Good post. We wrote about using downtime effectively because so many people miss this chance to be productive. Jot down notes when you’re busy. List projects or little tasks you’d like to do when that downtime comes around.

  2. This is a great post Sharon. It is all too easy to feel guilty when you do something else during downtime when, as you say, we should use that time for pampering and recharging our batteries.

  3. We all need to recharge, Sue. I saw a post the other day where someone advised us to play hooky every so often.
