Just select the sessions you want, and choose Edit -> Mark Invoiced/Reported. Or, click the checkbox next to the session in any report. OfficeTime can of course auto mark time as billed when you invoice or export a report as you discovered. Being able to mark your time as either billed or not yet billed is important as you mention. Luckily, you can do either easily. Just select the sessions you want, and choose Edit -> Mark Invoiced/Reported. Or, click the checkbox next to the session in any report.

OfficeTime can of course auto mark time as billed when you invoice or export a report as you discovered.
