What do freelance writers stash? Freelance writers stash the things that will be useful to them: money, articles. ideas and clients.

I think the advice in this article is right on the money. Writers need to keep a stash of items that they can use when needed. Being able to reuse and rewrite makes each piece of work infinitely marketable, which is money in the bank.
