Thanks for this great list.

The ergonomics post on the Freelance Switch blog was most useful to me, and I strongly urge everyone to implement those strategies for protecting your body while writing.

I remember when they introduced ergonomics strategies into my workplace in the 90s – it made such a difference to my comfort level and I’ve continued to use many of the strategies.

Great round-up. Skelliewag’s entry were overlooked by me before but it truly had some great tips in it. Even if you know most of them it shows how easy it is to become an Freelancer.
